Through our online education platform, 3E Home School, we provide these children with access to high-quality education and a supportive learning environment. Founder's Message
With a rich 40 years of expertise and experience in teaching, academics, administration, management, training, curriculum development and leading of schools, Dr.LathaMurthy is the torch bearer of EmpoweredMinds Edu Solutions LLP. She has rich experience in Preschool, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE & IB curriculum. Her strengths include : collaborative leadership, strategic planning, empowering educators to develop their leadership and instructional skills, independent academic program development in technology, academic coordination and leadership in community and pedagogical programs and identification / implementation of organizational programs.
In the virtual, ideological, learning in the field of school academy her mind was set to create a just society where in the humanitarian values and concerns viz., equality, human solidarity, constitutional liberty, socialjustice and the protection and promotion of fundamental human rights at its respect for a dignified humanity.
In this scenario her close association with the iconic national and international organizations viz., Lions Clubs, Educational Institutions, medical personalities, rotary clubs a strong binding network with locally available NGOs to undertake the philanthropic mission with a greater commitment to reach out to the unreached who are marginalized, deprived and living in the edge of the society with much insignificance and fortuneless aspiringly look ahead to join the main stream of society with some helping hands with care and concern with in their reach with a principle of “Each one reach one” mission.
A voluntary involvement with self-inspiration, motivation and direction in the field of social mission for a decade moved to start her own trust registered under the banner WEST Education & Social Trust, Bengaluru with a group of committed and renowned good Samaritans to make a big leap and a benchmark to make a difference in the lives of the most needy ones at large in and around Bengaluru with adaptation of a few selected slums, orphanages, destitute homes, senior citizens, HIV/ chronic patients for their happy and healthy living conditions.
